No pets are permitted at The King Street Flat. This is a pet-free property, ensuring a pristine environment for guests with allergies or those who prefer pet-free accommodations. QUIET HOURS
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors. This is a residential building with permanent residents.
NO SMOKING
This is a strictly non-smoking property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping, e-cigarettes, and marijuana/cannabis (regardless of legal status).
Guests found smoking inside will be charged a $500 cleaning fee. Smoking is permitted outside on public sidewalks, away from building entrances.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
This flat is designed for a maximum of 2 guests. We do not permit:

Look up and you’ll notice the signature design element: cherry-red fire suppression pipes running across the ceiling. Rather than hiding industrial infrastructure, the renovation embraced it as a bold design statement. Combined with exposed silver ductwork, it creates an unmistakably loft aesthetic.
